A 15-MINUTE THIGH WORKOUT!
Thinner thighs are at the end of this 15-minute workout. I've been asking you all what you want to see more of, and lots of you are asking for longer workouts. So here is a 15-minute leg routine that is going to help with toning the thighs and giving you those sexy, lean legs! Be sure to keep breathing throughout the whole exercise and keep yourself hydrated for peak performance!
Sometimes it's nice to just focus solely on one part of the body; it really does help to feel the burn even more. If your legs weren't trembling during this workout, then I need you to squeeze harder and really push yourself! If you want to see changes, then you need to make changes. That means sticking to a consistent workout routine (like my Fitness Calendar) and getting the right foods for your body (I have a Nutrition Plan for this!)
