Burn 30 Day Get Fit FAQ

How does it work?

Your membership includes access to a different 28 minute exercise routine every day, designed to challenge your body in all areas of fitness to get you results. There is a daily meal plan which includes a healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner recipe as well as three snack ideas - these recipes are different every day and we have option for vegetarians and vegans.You are also able to view the workout library section that contains all of Rebecca’s workouts organized by area of the body or type of exercise. As well as daily motivation for you to get inspired everyday!
You will have access to both the desktop site and BURN app with just one membership account (the same login information can be used).

How can I pay for my subscription?

For desktop or mobile site registration: you can pay with any major Credit/Debit Card, or you can use PayPal.
For in-app purchase, your Google Play or iTunes account will be billed for services.

When will I be billed?

When you sign up to BURN 30 Day Get Fit, you will have access to the 7 day free trial - if you do not terminate your membership before the trial period ends, your payment method will be billed for either the monthly or yearly subscription fee (depending on your selection at time of initial registration).
If you registered for the monthly subscription: you will have 30 days of membership access from the day you sign up. For example, if you sign up on the 12th of September then you will have access to all of September and the next calendar month until that same day (October12th).
If you registered for the yearly subscription: you will have 365 days of membership access from the day you sign up.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you may cancel at any time.
For desktop site purchase: you can terminate your subscription by clicking on the user icon in upper right corner of icanfeeltheburn.com and select “Cancel my membership.” If you are unable to cancel your account this way, first check to see if you registered in-app and if so, follow directions below. If you are sure you registered via mobile or desktop site and cannot terminate services, please email customerservice@rebecca-louise.com with the subject “CANCEL” and include your full name, email address used during registration, and a screenshot of your most recent payment transaction. If you paid via PayPal, you can terminate your membership through PayPal’s account services directly.
For in-app purchase: you can manage your subscription directly via iTunes or Google play.

How do I access the workout calendar and other BURN 30 Day Get Fit features?

For desktop site and BURN app: you will be directed straight to the member’s area as soon as you have signed up! The link for membership services on desktop/mobile site is “ icanfeeltheburn.com “.

What is my daily calendar workout like?

The workouts are 28 minutes long and cover all areas of fitness to make sure you are getting balanced workouts.. Each day is different and each week will include a bodyweight, cardio, yoga, weight workout and more. If you’d like to add more to your daily workout or are avoiding certain exercise due to physical limitations, you may choose from any of Rebecca’s workouts to incorporate/substitute from the Workout library section that also include warm ups and cool downs.

Can I use BURN 30 Day Get Fit offline?

Yes, you can access all of your membership content via BURN by Rebecca Louise app!
