Your membership includes access to a different 28 minute exercise routine every day, designed to challenge your body in all areas of fitness to get you results. There is a daily meal plan which includes a healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner recipe as well as three snack ideas - these recipes are different every day and we have option for vegetarians and vegans. You are also able to view the workout library section that contains all of Rebecca’s workouts organized by area of the body or type of exercise. As well as daily motivation for you to get inspired everyday! You will have access to both the desktop site and BURN app with just one membership account (the same login information can be used).
For desktop or mobile site registration: you can pay with any major Credit/Debit Card, or you can use PayPal.
For in-app purchase, your Google Play or iTunes account will be billed for services.
When you sign up to BURN 30 Day Get Fit, you will have access to the 7 day free trial - if you do not terminate your membership before the trial period ends, your payment method will be billed for either the monthly or yearly subscription fee (depending on your selection at time of initial registration).
If you registered for the monthly subscription: you will have 30 days of membership access from the day you sign up. For example, if you sign up on the 12th of September then you will have access to all of September and the next calendar month until that same day (October12th).
If you registered for the yearly subscription: you will have 365 days of membership access from the day you sign up.
Yes, you may cancel at any time.
For desktop site purchase: you can terminate your subscription by clicking on the user icon in upper right corner of icanfeeltheburn.com and select “Cancel my membership.” If you are unable to cancel your account this way, first check to see if you registered in-app and if so, follow directions below. If you are sure you registered via mobile or desktop site and cannot terminate services, please email email@example.com with the subject “CANCEL” and include your full name, email address used during registration, and a screenshot of your most recent payment transaction. If you paid via PayPal, you can terminate your membership through PayPal’s account services directly. In the event that a user has registered more than one membership, we are not responsible for any charges which accrue to an account that has not been brought to the attention of firstname.lastname@example.org (a cancellation request/account investigation of duplicate membership within one month of extra payment transaction will be recognized and refunded accordingly; any duplicate transactions prior to the most recent cancellation request will not be refunded).
If you request to terminate your subscription immediately via email@example.com, then you will lose access to your membership services at this point - so we recommend sending a message to our team within 48 hours of your next billing date so that you can continue to use your program up until this point!
For in-app purchase: you can manage your subscription directly via iTunes or Google play. Any refund request will need to be submitted through iTunes/Google Play directly.
NOTE: Refunds will not be issued on behalf of BURN in the case that a user does not terminate a subscription prior to automated billing date.

Each workout is 28 minutes long and includes a warm up & cool down video (Monday-Saturday). Every day on the calendar has a different focus of exercise, with the varying routines targeted to optimize results and muscle recovery from week to week. The Sunday videos are 28 minutes long and designed for stretching, relaxing, and refreshing your mindset for a new week of physical activity. If you’d like to add more to your daily workout, or are avoiding certain exercises due to physical limitations, you may choose to incorporate/substitute videos from the Workout Library. All videos, from both the current month and previous calendars, are included in the Library.
You can access all of your membership content via BURN by Rebecca Louise app! The video download feature is not available for desktop/mobile sites at this time.
Your offline videos from the BURN app calendar are accessible by viewing those those days in which videos have been downloaded. As the calendar flips at the beginning of each month, the downloaded workouts from the previous calendar will no longer be viewable at that time - though you can look forward to more app feature updates which will soon include the ability to download any of our videos for offline viewing within the Workout Library!
Make sure that your device is not in silent/vibrate mode, and that physical switch along side of device is turned into an upwards position - even if you normally hear a ringtone or sound for other apps in vibrate/silent mode, you won’t be able to hear BURN videos unless that function is switched upwards with volume turned on. You can also check to see if the sound icon embedded within videos is muted, in which case, you may un-select the mute icon and turn volume up.

To modify your e-mail subscriptions, please let us know by modifying your preferences in the “My Account” section. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.
To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the “My Account” section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information. Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

Cancelling Your Fitness Calendar Subscription
Please email email@example.com with subject line "CANCEL" in order to terminate your membership; please include the email address and full name which your account was registered with. If your billing is connected to a PayPal account, please provide the email address associated with your PayPal. If you registered via BURN app, you can manage your subscription via iTunes Store or Google Play (depending on device used).
Our customer service team will process your request within 2 business days and will refund any charge which has occurred after your initial request to cancel. Your BURN access will cease upon membership termination, so we suggest that you wait until the end of your billing cycle to cancel!
We do not issue refunds for services rendered. However, in the event that you accidentally registered more than one subscription, a courtesy refund will be issued for the last payment transaction which occurred under that additional account. We cannot issue refunds in the event that a user did not contact firstname.lastname@example.org in order to successfully terminate a subscription.
Terms and Conditions

Your privilege to use the Service (including the Community Areas) and contribute to discussions on the Community Areas depends on your compliance with the community standards and conduct guidelines set forth above. We may revoke your privileges to use all or a portion of the Service and/or take any other appropriate measures to enforce these community standards and conduct guidelines if violations are brought to our attention. We reserve the right to cancel your membership at any time. The Facebook group is a place for positivity and lifting each other up. Please read the rules before you enter the group and if members cannot adhere to them they will be removed.
