30 DAY GET FIT

Q - How does it work?

A - You will get 30 DAYS from the day you sign up! For example, if you sign up on the 12th of September then you will have access to all of September and the next calendar month until that same day (October12th).

Q - How can I pay for my subscription?

A - You can pay with any major Credit/Debit Card OR you can use PayPal!

Q - When will I be billed?

A - Alphie will bill you $3.99 once your free trial has ended and every 30 days after that.

Q - Can I cancel my subscription?

A - Yes you can cancel anytime, but Alphie will be sad... Email customerservice@rebecca-louise.com with subject title "Cancel RL Calendar" to end your subscription.

Q - What's included in my monthly membership?

A - The monthly membership includes calendar access which provides a different exercise routine every day, designed to optimize workout moves and help you see results. You are also able to view comprehensive playlists that contain all of my workouts organized by specific, targeted categories of exercise. This program contains a full day of nutritious meals (3 recipes) every Sunday. These features are unavailable unless you are registered with 30 Day Get Fit.

Q - How do I access the workout calendar and included features?

A - Right here, through the "Members Area" portal!

Q - What is my daily calendar workout like?

A - The 30-minute workout (either 2 or 3 videos) automatically begins after the warmup is over. There should be an icon in the upper left corner of the embedded video within calendar days that you can click on and it will show you the different videos included in the playlist for that day. Your routine concludes with a cooldown!

Q - How can I pay for my Nutrition Plan?
A - You can pay with any major Credit/Debit Card OR you can use PayPal!
Q - How much do the different plan options cost?
A - A domestic Starter Kit is $54.99 USD and and an international Starter Kit is $64.99 USD. A domestic Rebecca Louise Kit is $119.99 USD and an international Rebecca Louise Kit is $134.99 USD.
Q - When will I be billed?
A - You will be billed a one-time fee immediately after purchasing, though you can choose to renew your plan each month! This option can be discussed with your coach.
Q - How many calls do I have with my personal coach?
A - The "Starter Kit" includes one weekly phone appointment (four altogether) with your coach, and the "Rebecca Louise Kit" gives access to your coach whenever you like! You schedule the initial call with our online booking system during sign-up, then you and your coach will decide when to follow up after that first appointment.
Q - How is the "Rebecca Louise Kit" different from the "Starter Kit"?
A - In addition to the Starter Kit package, the upgraded plan includes two additional products suggested by your coach. These items could include sports nutrition, skin care, energy boosters, & more! The Rebecca Louise Kit also allows you to text and message your coach whenever you have a question (not just during a weekly phone appointment) – which, to me, is the most important distinguishing factor.
