CIRCUITS WORKOUT

A lot of people ask me about the best ab workouts to do, and I'm here today with a Circuits workout that will help you out! Now, working the abs is great, and I know that a lot of you absolutely love doing lower body exercises. When it comes to the abs, it's important to work the different muscle areas. This workout will give you some oblique exercises as well as some moves for the upper and lower abs! Be sure to check out Alphie's slimmer figure, too!

I didn't use weights for this workout, but hey, if you want to you should! I love incorporating weights into my workout routines because they help me keep my muscles under tension and really feel the burn. In fact, I've been pumping more weight while working on my glutes and the results have been fantastic! With my Nutrition Plan, I've been able to achieve my goals in a matter of months! Remember that results take time, so start today!
