Summer is the perfect excuse to eat our favorite frozen goodies! Those treats can pack on the calories if we’re not careful. To feed that sugar craving, we find a healthy alternative! That way - we can indulge & still expect to reach those body goals. Here are my favorite LOW CAL frozen treat recipes:

1 can coconut milk
1 cup raspberries
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp Agave Nectar
1 cup unsweetened coconut yogurt
Blend the coconut milk, agave nectar, coconut, vanilla, and raspberries together in a blender until well combined.
Pour mixture into a popsicle mold. Once your mold is full, place in the freezer for an hour until softly frozen.
Remove from freezer, insert the popsicles sticks, and then place back in the freezer overnight.
Gently remove the popsicles from the mold. Serve!
15 oz strawberries, halved & top removed
Agave nectar to taste
Freeze the strawberries in a container for about an hour, or until they're very firm.
Combine the frozen berries and sweetener in a blender until smooth and creamy. Taste and add more sweetener if desired. Blend after each addition.
Enjoy soft, or transfer to a freezer-safe container and let it firm up for about an hour.
