Want to pumpkin spice up your life? It’s that time of the year when the pumpkin flavors start to explode - and I’m not mad about it. In fact, I actually have created some recipes where you can get the BEST of both worlds. Here are some healthy alternatives to all your favorite pumpkin goodies:
- ¾ cup of canned pumpkin
- 1 tbsp of almond butter
- 1 handful of chia seeds
- 1 handful of pumpkin seeds
- 1 ½ cup of oats
- 1 scoop of Rebecca healthy meal protein
- ¼ cup of dark chocolate chips (optional)
Mix the pumpkin, almond butter, chia seeds, oats, and the protein powder together in a small bowl.
Make nice cookie shapes and sprinkle the pumpkin seeds and chocolate chips on top.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and put them in the oven for about 10 to 15 minutes so that they are nice and crunchy.
- 1 cup of espresso
- ⅔ cup of oat milk (or milk preference)
- 1 ½ tbsp of canned pumpkin
- ½ tbsp of pumpkin pie spice
- 2 dried cherries
Put them all together in a blender and Voila! You’re ready to serve!
- ½ cup of canned pumpkin
- 1 tbsp of pumpkin spice
- ½ tablespoon of cinnamon
- ⅔ cup of oat milk (or milk preference)
- 1 tbsp of almond butter
- 1 scoop of my special protein powder
- ½ cup of chia seeds

Put all of these ingredients together in your blender and you will be ready to drink this delicious fall smoothie!
- 1 cup of oats
- ½ cup of canned pumpkin
- 2 tbsp of honey
- ½ tbsp of cinnamon
- ½ tbsp of pumpkin pie spice
- 1 scoop of Rebecca healthy meal protein
- 2 tbsp of almond butter
Mix them all together in a bowl.
Roll them into tiny balls and they are ready to eat. No baking required!
- 1 tbsp of pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tbsp of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp of natural sweetener
- 2 tbsp of honey
- 2 cups of oats
Preheat the oven to 325 F degrees.
Place the seeds on a sheet in an oven tray.
Sprinkle the ingredients on top
Put it in the oven for about 10 to 15 minutes until the pumpkin seeds are nice and brown.
