I’ll give you my favorite protein packed waffle recipe along with 3 reasons why you need to make sure you’re getting adequate amounts of protein in your diet.
- 2 scoops of Rebecca’s healthy meal mix
- 2 scoops of Rebecca’s protein
- ½ cup of egg whites
- Cinnamon to taste
- Vanilla extract to taste
- Greek yogurt
- Shaved almonds
- Almond butter
- Mix ingredients until smooth.
- Place in a waffle iron until cooked through.
- Top with desired ingredients.
