HEALTHY HAIR MASK

Avocado contains vitamins B & E for increased hair strength, while coconut oil nourishes and softens dry strands. Apple cider vinegar helps remove product build-up that can contribute to dull, lifeless looking hair!

Ingredients:
1/2 avocado
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Directions:
Add the four ingredients to a blender and pulse together. Work the mask through dry hair from roots to tips (if your hair's oily, skip your scalp). Clip hair in place and let sit for 15-30 minutes, then rinse and cleanse with shampoo.

BABY-SOFT BODY SCRUB

Citrus reveals brighter, more even tone while honey balances the surface cells for improved texture and coffee invigorates skin with a dose of caffeine!

Ingredients:
8 tbsp raw honey
2 tbsp ground coffee
2 tbsp fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice
6 tbsp brown sugar

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir thoroughly. Stand in the shower before starting the water and gently massage the scrub onto dry skin. Rub in small circular motions, then rinse off with warm water and apply coconut oil to dry skin for extra moisture!

DEWY FACE MASK

By helping your skin retain moisture and acting as a temporary filler for wrinkles, moisturizing avocado makes your complexion look more even. The smoothing properties of cream and antibacterial properties of honey make this mask ideal for all skin types, from dry to acne-prone!

Ingredients:
3 tbsp fresh cream
1/4 avocado
1 tbsp honey

Directions:
Place all three ingredients in a blender and puree into a smooth cream. Apply it to your skin and leave on for at least an hour. Rinse off with warm water.

TART TONER

Apple cider vinegar helps to regulate the pH balance of the skin despite its acidic quality. It’s an amazing toner and can be used for all skin types! This recipe is also antibacterial and has anti-inflammatory properties. For oily and acne-prone skin, ACV helps to treat acne and reduce redness. For dry and normal skin, ACV helps to exfoliate skin and reduce wrinkles.

Ingredients:
Filtered water
Raw apple cider vinegar

Directions:
For normal to dry skin, mix 1/3 part vinegar to 2/3 part filtered water. For oily and acne-prone skin, mix 1/2 part vinegar and 1/2 part filtered water. Store in a glass bottle at room temperature and use toner twice a day (first thing in the morning and right before bed).

LOVELY LIPS SCRUB

This recipe can be used to remove dry skin from the lips for a more pink & plump pout!

Ingredients:
1/2 tsp coconut oil
1/4 tsp fresh coffee grounds
1/4 tsp sea salt

Directions:
Mix ingredients well in a bowl. Apply to entire mouth area and massage for five minutes. Wipe clean with a warm, wet washcloth. Apply coconut oil to lips for moisture retention.

BRIGHT EYES CREAM

Whether you need to de-puff, rehydrate, or banish dark circles, this super simple recipe has got you covered! Coconut oil acts as a moisturizer and antioxidant, while vitamin E prevents premature aging and promotes healing!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup coconut oil
6-8 vitamin E capsules

Directions:
Put the coconut oil into a small bowl and microwave for 15 seconds or heat in a small saucepan over low heat for a few minutes until melted into liquid, then pour into small container. Poke holes into vitamin E capsules and squeeze liquid into the oil while stirring. Place the filled containers in the refrigerator for less than an hour until the liquid becomes solid. After this happens, there is no need to keep it refrigerated (the oils will not become rancid). Use at night for brighter eyes in the morning or use as an eye-makeup remover!

Consistent physical activity increases blood circulation and nourishes the skin! Skin is filled with blood vessels that lie close to the surface, and these vessels dilate during exercise and give your complexion a healthy, vibrant appearance.
