We’re going to exercise for 30 seconds and take a 10 to 15 second “rest” time between moves - I’m going to keep your heart rate up the whole time so that we’re burning calories and doing this routine in a way that will get you the best results! The full 40 minute workout on my BURN app is going to make you feel amazing in that hot bikini bod!
Here are the exercise moves you can expect in this week's video:
- Single leg deadlifts
- Overhead press squats
- Chest fly pulses
If you have weights on hand then use those! Otherwise you can grab some blocks, filled water bottles, or another kind of accessory that could serve as a dumbbell. It’s fun to improvise sometimes! Or else you can ditch the weights and give extra special focus to your form while doing these moves.
