The workout will consist of:
- Leg drops twist abs
- Straight up crushers
- Single leg sit up with towel L+R
- Side plank dip leg crunch L+R
- Full sit up side twist
- Hip dips
- Curtsey lunge to side crunch L+R
- Side sit up with knee L+R
- V sit in and outs twist
- V sit tap to side
