This video is a tiny waist oblique workout will help you take inches off your waist and tone those side abs! Everyone can do this workout as I give modifications. These exercises will help you get a slimmer waist and lean core.

The workout will consist of:

  • Leg drops twist abs
  • Straight up crushers
  • Single leg sit up with towel L+R
  • Side plank dip leg crunch L+R
  • Full sit up side twist
  • Hip dips
  • Curtsey lunge to side crunch L+R
  • Side sit up with knee L+R
  • V sit in and outs twist
  • V sit tap to side
*Reverse + bicycles at end
