Tiny Waist Ab Workout

MOVES FOR A FIT CORE

This 15-minute workout this is going to tone your core and slim down your sides for a tiny waist! It's time to engage those abs & obliques - get ready to feel the burn!

A flat stomach and tucked waistline requires consistent effort in the exercise department. If you're hoping to minimize mass in the abdominal region, this process is going to take showing up and following through with a fitness program! You'll practically feel the inches being shed from your belly with this workout, so stick with me until the end and I promise you won't regret how good it feels to finish this routine!

Here are the exercise moves you can expect in this week's 15-minute video:

OBLIQUE HEEL TOUCHES
SIDEWAYS OBLIQUE REACH
LEG CRUNCHES
HIP TWISTS
BICYCLES
RUSSIAN TWISTS
TABLETOP TWISTS

 

Working on a smaller waist requires more than basic crunches and cardio training! These moves target muscles in your core that give definition to your sides while strengthening the abdominals for a tighter, flatter belly.

A slim waistline is controlled by a few factors: genetics, exercise, and diet.
