This week I'm bringing you another fitness challenge, and this one is going to help you tone up the quads, glutes, and calves. That's right, it's everyone's favorite: squats! I know that a lot of people have a love/hate relationship with squats because they hurt so good. You can scream at me during this video, but keep at it and you'll get results!
I switch it up with different squat variations in this video, and it's only six minutes, so you can make it the whole way through! Alphie is here to help motivate you as well, although he was pretty sleepy for this one. He wanted me to remind you that in order to get your muscles to grow, you need to feed them protein.
