  • Skating windmills
  • Rolling squat
  • Squat pulses
  • Bear squat
  • Frog jumps straight up
  • Walking lunges
  • Circles leg L+R
  • Wall sit rotations
  • Jump forward an shuffle back
  • Walking squats to 2 lunges
  • Reverse lunge pulse, lift back leg
  • Squat lift feet up
  • 180 jumps with pulses
