Upper body sculpt workout
This exercise routine will help you tone and sculpt your upper body, your arms, shoulders, triceps & Biceps! Don't have weights no problem, grab a can of beans or some water bottles and you are still going to feel the BURN!
The workout will consist of:
- Arm pulses up
- Arm pulses down
- Circles back
- Circles forward
- Bicep curl to in & out
- Tricep dips to tap
- High plank touch shoulder
- Dead bugs
- Single overhead press to double
- Lateral extensions
- Flys to rows
- Scissor weight across body
- Hammer curl to forward push
