I've been asking to see what you all want to see in my workout videos, and the comments and suggestions have been amazing. You all have given me some great ideas for killer workouts that will get you on your way to results! One of the suggestions that stood out was doing a resistance workout, so I grabbed a resistance band and came up with some moves that will get your muscles popping!

It was so much fun trying these exercises, because it was a departure from what I'm used to. Instead of working out with free weights, I had this elastic band that I had to figure out how to maneuver! It was all well and good though, because I always love to listen to your comments and try out something new! Keeping it exciting is an important part of sticking with an exercise routine.
