My Top 3 Fitness Tips

Whether you’re lacking fitness motivation, wanting to set fitness goals, or just want some fitness tips, here are my top three pieces of advice when it comes to fitness:

GET SLEEP

I know you probably hear this often, and you know it’s crucial! In order to get energy, refresh your muscles and stay productive you need to make sure you’re recharging. Adults need to get 7-8 hours of sleep and it’s best to do it at the same time every day so your body gets into a routine.

LISTEN TO YOUR BODY

You don’t always need to do an intense workout. If something is uncomfortable or you feel like it’s too much strain on your body - just pull back. While I encourage you to move everyday, this movement doesn’t have to be super intense. One day you might do yoga, the next you might want to swim and then the rest of the week you do your BURN exercises! Everyone’s body is different so don’t forget to listen to yours!

REJUVINATE YOUR MUSCLES

Recovery is mandatory! Getting in a routine to relax and replenish your muscles is something I really prioritize. If you want your body to perform at it’s best, give it special attention and rest. We have bath salt, bath bombs and sugar scrubs to help you relax and refresh!

Fitness is more than the time you spend sweating… there is so much more to it! It’s important to make sure you are constantly taking care of your body to prevent injury, preserve energy and ultimately be the best version of yourself!
