LOWER BODY SLIMDOWN
We’re going to be burning through today’s leg workout at Amilla Fushi - it’s time to focus on our calves and all those other muscles below (and including) the glutes!
My tip for you today is to stay HYDRATED! Water is so important for vital body functions and will actually help you lose weight while flushing toxins from your system.
