You may have seen Julianne Hough on Dancing With The Stars, or in other movies and TV shows. She is always looking so fit and trim, and I had to look up what it is that she's doing! A lot of you have told me that you love the celeb-inspired workouts, so this one is all about Julianne!
Not only is she super talented as a dancer and actress, but she makes it a point to take care of herself! That is definitely something I can get behind! I remember practicing dance several times a week and having to make sure that everything was kept tight and engaged. Keep that in mind as you go through these moves! As you can see, Alphie didn't take my advice!
