CARDIO FOR CALORIE BURN
Did last week's workout have you feeling like a superstar? Well it should have, because you can do away with the high-profile personal trainers when you tune in to one of my celebrity exercise routines like the Ariana Grande video!
Well this week we're really going to have your star (or forehead) shining with some amazing cardio that is sure to get your muscles fired up! Aerobic exercises like the ones we're about to do are beneficial for your body in SO many ways - you can increase lung and heart strength, improve overall physical endurance, and burn calories for weight loss, all by following along with me in today's workout!
