FIRM LEGS AND BUTT!
We’re going to working on toned thighs & a perky booty in this 10-minute routine. The goal is to engage the correct muscles so we’re toning up the lower body, and if you’re not sure how to practice proper form with these moves, just follow my lead or take a quick pause and search for technique tips!
