People have been commenting about my toned arms and legs lately, so I thought it would be a good idea to do a workout video about how to tone up! The truth is, I tend to incorporate arm workouts into my other exercises, such as doing bicep curls while I squat. This double-duty helps me to tone up two body parts at once! It's pretty cool, and in this video I'm going to show you some of the moves I use to tone up and feel amazing!
Getting glutes like this took time and effort. I made sure to get my 20% exercise in every day and I stuck to my rule of 80% good nutrition. This is the result! My workouts are designed to help you get the body you want, but you need to remember to put in the time and effort. If you work out here and there or eat healthy a few days of the week, don't expect much to happen. Achieving your goals is all about consistency!
