INTERMEDIATE HIP WORKOUT
I’m right outside my front door in Huntington Beach where we’re going to be doing an awesome 15 minute workout to tighten up the area around our hips! This has been a popular request, so let me know what other kinds of videos you’d like to see more of on my Youtube channel!
Here are the exercise moves you can expect in this week's video:
- Kneeling leg lifts
- Heel touches
- Plank drops
Today’s workout is another interval training routine - 30 seconds of intense exercise followed by 10 seconds of “active rest” time. Make sure to pause the video if you need a drink of water - then pick up where we left off!
