How to Get Abs Workout

SEXY SIX PACK ABS 

 

The Khloe Kardashian Workout had me fired up from head to toe! Now it's time to meet somewhere in the middle and focus on a top-requested workout: ABS. Today's routine is 15 minutes full of belly fat blasting moves that are going to get you toned in no time!

Giggles are a good way to work in some extra abdominal exercises, and I couldn't stop myself from laughing at Alphie in this video! It may be his greatest performance yet. Who knew that a gnome outfit would bring out the best in him?!

Here are the exercise moves you can expect in this week's 15-minute video:

Full sit-ups with twist
Tabletop hold
Diamond sit-ups
Leg drops with weights
Russian twist with leg extensions
Forearm plank

 

It's important to have FUN with your fitness and FEEL amazing about the fact that you're showing up and working towards making a change! So don't give up and remember to reward yourself for a job well done! Do the best you can and your body will return the favor.

Speaking of fun, it's no joke that laughing actually does tone your abs! When you laugh, the muscles in your stomach expand and contract, similar to when you intentionally exercise your abs. Meanwhile, the muscles you are not using to laugh are getting an opportunity to relax.*
