FLAT BELLY & PERKY BOOTY

We’re doing a 10 minute workout that combines your two most-requested body parts: belly and booty! I’ve also worked a bit of arms into this one for extra bikini tone!

Here are the exercise moves you can expect in this week's video:

  • Deadlift pulses
  • Roll-down presses
  • Bridge leg extensions

This video was filmed in the Maldives where I’d been getting extra exercise by swimming around in the ocean - if you’re on vacation, this is a great way to stay in shape! You’re going to work so many different muscles all while have the weightless water feeling!
