Full Body Fat Burn Cardio Workout! What are we doing in today's workout?!
Reach Ups : Reach up to the sky and tap down! Keeping your legs apart, as you go down squeeze your glutes in and keep moving! Tap the ground and reach up high, pushing your arms up and your knees out to the side. Push through to the very end and final rep!
Lunge Overhead Side Taps : Lift your arms up high and tap down to the ground. Take your arms out to the side and take a side lunge every time. Bend one knee as you go from side to side. Breathe right through it and take your body down low. Push into your heel. Tight is Right! You got this!
Front Repeaters L & R : One leg needs to be slightly back, bring your knee out in front of you and not to the side. Bring your knee in towards your chest and use your arms. Keep the leg moving in and out and sink down lower each time. Work those elbows hard and keep them close to your body. Come back to the centre and take your body down to the other side. Keep your arms nice and tight and bring your knee forward each and every time! Keep pushing forward - You Got This!
Side Lunge Overhead Claps : Move to one side of your mat, step to the side and clap above your head. Push your booty out. Clap! Pull your core in tight and tap! Keep one leg straight and steady as you move your other leg out to the side. Use your core, keeping it strong and holding it in tight. Change to the other end of your mat and work the other side of your body. Clap it out and then back together.
Plank Taps : Come down into the ground into a plank position. Keep your fingers nice and wide and hold your core in a steady position, Keep your shoulders straight. Move one foot out to the side and back to the middle. Alternate your left and right foot and inhale through your nose and exhale out. Tell your Body - You Can Do It! Keep Moving!
