It's time to feel amazing! Get ready to tone up your abs, arms, booty, and legs with this full-body cardio fat burn! This 15 minute workout will keep your heart rate up, so you'll be slimming down and sweating calories.
A lot of people ask me how many calories they'll get rid of during a workout, though the answer depends on several factors: genetics, body type, skill & effort level (to name a few)! There are some online tools you could use to get a general idea of how your body will respond to certain kinds of exercise - I would suggest not using numbers as a measure of your progress! What really matters is that you show up, give it your best, and keep going. Consistency with your physical activity is what will really help to make a difference when it comes to physique, and healthy lifestyle choices are so much more than counting calories!
Here are the exercise moves you can expect in this week's 15-minute video:

Warming up before a workout is critical for avoiding injury and preparing the body to enter fat-burn mode! Remember to start off with some lighter moves or stretches and gradually work into the full routine. Practicing cool-downs after exercising will also help to guide your muscles to optimal recovery!
Healthy dietary decisions are going to help you see faster fitness results and give you the stamina to be consistent with physical activity. Sometimes we can have a hard time noticing an improvement even with regular exercise, and I like to remind all you #Ralphies that reaching body goals requires 20% fitness and 80% nutrition!
