SHAKE IT OUT FOR A SUMMER BOD

This 10-minute Dance Cardio Workout can be done at home for a slim & fit bikini body! We're going to crush some HIIT moves and burn fat while shedding calories!

Here are the exercise moves you can expect in this week's video:

  • Modified Burpees
  • High knee jumps
  • Tuck jump lunges
  • Bicycles

Make sure to stay hydrated during this workout - you're probably going to get sweaty with me! Rather than letting the video keep going while you take a drink, pause where you leave off and then get back into the groove for the best results.
