Core Balance Yoga Workout

BETTER BALANCE & POSTURE

This 10-minute workout will improve balance and posture with yoga stretches while toning our core muscles for lean abs! 

Here are the exercise moves you can expect in this week's video:

  • Leg extension balance
  • Warrior 3 press
  • Dancer pose
  • Half moon
