Now, this workout isn't just going to be me doing the moves and you watching. I need you to work hard for the whole ten minutes. I need you to squeeze those side abs nice and tight, and keep them engaged the entire time. YES! This is what we need to do if we are going to maximize the workout and get those results! You also want prime nutrition, so be sure to get lean protein and enough water and fuel so that you can propel through the exercises.
