While staying on the island of Koi Samui, I felt so many good vibes. Plus, attending a yoga class each day really helped me to loosen up and let my mind be a bit more clear. I always say that where focus goes, energy flows! That's why today I'm bringing you a relaxing 15-minute yoga workout that will help you get into a good flow and just release anything that you need to let go of.
There's nothing like giving yourself a moment to yourself, letting the thoughts wind down and opening up your body and heart to all of the good things waiting for you! These yoga exercises are great for opening up the chest, back, and shoulders. We'll also stretch out the sides and the legs. I'm sure you'll be feeling good as new after these 15 minutes!
Something that I like to do is repeat positive affirmations. Maybe you've heard me talk about this before, but that's because repeating a positive mantra each day really helps! It can be "I am grateful" or "I am powerful." Trust me!
