Today’s barre workout is going to shape up our arms, abs, glutes, and legs in a 10-minute exercise session! Don’t be afraid to unleash your inner ballerina with these moves! If you have a set of light weights then you can add those in for extra toning power.

 

Here are the exercise moves you can expect in this week's video:

  • Plie pulses
  • Curtsy lunge kicks
  • V sit arm pulses
  • Bridge knee squeezes
