My Beach Body series carries on with a leg workout routine to get you pumping and looking toned! I've been working on my leg strength and the results are definitely paying off. My trip to Nicaragua was a chance for me to reflect and look back at my personal journey, and I took the time to film all-new workouts for my fans!

On the trip to Nicaragua I got to go horse riding twice! I had such huge bruises on my legs from holding on so tight. What a great inner thigh workout this is. Love this picture from the ride...

If you are looking to gain some strength in your lower body, then I recommend using some weights in your workout. You are going to need to push your muscles if you're going to grow them. Plus, remember that your muscles are made of protein, so that's what you need to focus on feeding it! Eat more of the right foods and you will be on the fast-track to body success! Now, enough chitter-chatter, let's get whisked away to a tropical paradise and work that lower body!

Wow! Shake out your legs and give them a stretch because they should be feeling like jelly. Incorporate this workout into your fitness routine and you'll get a great lower body burn to gain strength and powerful muscle. It is always so great working out with you!
