We are already on the third video in our Beach Body series! Where does the time go? Let me tell you, I absolutely loved my time in Nicaragua, and I can't wait to get back there next year for a fitness retreat. Would you join me?

Anyway, today we are going to get the booty burning with my Beach Body Butt workout. This one includes some of the moves that I've been using to get great results in my glutes. I've been focusing on a perkier butt lately, so if that's one of your goals, I'm right there with you!

I actually hear that a lot of you enjoy the butt workouts that I do. That's great! Be sure to comment and tell me what else you'd like to see from me. Also, remember that you can download the entire Beach Body series so that you can follow along with me and the exercises even if you don't have an Internet connection. How cool is that?
