This was a first for me: a workout on a BOAT! Get ready to feel like a superstar as we work out while floating atop the sea! This is going to be a full body workout to help you chisel the abs, biceps, and quads and feel so confident. Please excuse the wobbles during this video, the boat was bouncing up and down on the water! Just goes to show that you can't take yourself too seriously when you're working out!

Just revamping your diet can make a world of difference. When your nutrition is on point, you perform better in the workouts and that hard work starts to really show!
