This workout will burn your back fat and tone your shoulders helping get rid of the bra bulge. These exercise will target the upper body area to tone and tighten 🔥Everyone can do this workout as I give modifications. You can add weights if you want!

The workout will consist of:

  • Rotators
  • T Openers
  • Lateral raise rotations
  • Revers snow angels
  • Around the worlds
  • Reachers - superwomen extension
  • Rotator to press overhead
  • Plank rows
  • Bow & arrow
  • Shoulder shrugs
  • Arm circles palms up
  • Flyers
  • Bent over rows
  • Up, side, forward down extension
