This arm workout can be done anywhere - no weights needed! It's time to tone our upper bodies, including the biceps, triceps, shoulders, and even some abs. You may be thinking: "no weights? No problem!" Don't be fooled by the first few moves, we're going to be feeling the burn throughout the 10-minute routine!

There's no way you missed the beautiful backdrop of this video filmed in Mexico at Grand Velas Los Cabos! Stay tuned for my upcoming blogs where I take you on a tour of the incredible scenery, fantastic food, and amazing activities!

Here are the exercise moves you can expect in this week's video:

  • ARM CIRCLES & PULSES
  • PLANK SHOULDER TAPS
  • MODIFIED PUSH-UPS
  • HIP DIPS
  • TWISTING PUNCHES
  • WING SQUEEZES

If you're thinking that you might not be able to lift your arms much after doing this workout, that probably means you're doing everything right! Exercise should hurt so good - make sure you're practicing proper to avoid injuring your wrists or shoulders!
