If we don't deal with our fears and keep them in their proper place, then they can keep us from finding the joy in life that we all deserve!

Letting go of your fears does not guarantee that you will no longer feel fear, but you will increasingly notice over time that the element of fear no longer has control over you!

Ageless Body with Weights Workout! What are we doing in today's workout?!

For this workout and each set do 40 seconds exercise and 20 seconds rest!

Split Lunge with Curl to Press : Grab two heavy weights, I am using 10lbs. Bring your arms out to the side and take your body into a lunge position. Curl the weights in and bring them up with your palms facing towards each other, as you move your arms up and down. Squeeze your core in tight and bring your elbows in and out for every rep. Lunge and bring your weights up to your shoulders and then push up high to the sky.

Sumo Squat around the World : Using 10lb weights squat and bend your knees in a Sumo position. Lift your arms with the weights out to the side, pushing your knees out to the side too! Try and do as many reps as you can in a slow and controlled way. For the second set drop down to use lighter weights. You Got This!

Narrow Squat Swings : Use slightly lighter weights for the first round. Take your body into a narrow squat swing. Bend your knees and swing your arms out in front of you with the weights firmly in your hands. Squeeze your glutes and keep doing those narrow squats. Push your arms out in front and focus to get the best results from this exercise. Squat all the way out and push! For the second set use heavier weights.

Wide Bent Over Rows Tricep Ext : Really push yourself with this exercise by using those heavier weights. Have your legs hip distance apart and take out to a wide row. Keep your elbows out wide to the side and bring your arms up, pulling your core in tight! Have a slight bend in the knees and as you bring your arms up squeeze that body in! Always go out to the side first and then back into the centre. A great core exercise!

Full Sit Up Stand Up : Grab those weights, come down onto the ground, then swing and get back up! Lie back and with the weights squeeze your glutes whilst pushing your arms up to the sky. Push your weights up over the top of your head as you come back up to standing. Squeeze that booty as you get back up and push up to the sky. Go back down to the ground and keep repeating, really trying to build up a smooth rhythm for this exercise!
