I'm bringing you this 10 minute workout from Iberostar Grand Bavaro in Punta Cana, where we're going to be toning up our legs from hip to foot - time to feel the burn in our thighs & calves!

Here are the exercise moves you can expect in this week's video:

  • Deadlift squat presses
  • Leg extension drops
  • Side lunge swings
  • Plank knee squeezes

Make sure you've warmed up properly before doing these moves, and increase the size of your weights in this routine if you want to boost results!
