FLAT-BELLY FITNESS MOVES

Whatever the weather is like where you are right now, you’re going to be spending the next ten minutes with me in the Maldives sunshine at Vellasaru!

This workout is an advanced routine that will sculpt those abs and make you break a sweat, so make sure to do the warmup and cool down videos!

Here are the exercise moves you can expect in this week's video:

  • LEG EXTENSION PULSES
  • ROCKING PLANK
  • SLOW SIT-UPS
  • FLUTTER KICKS
