HOW LONG CAN YOU HOLD THE PLANK?
This time we're hitting the upper body hard with some arm moves that are going to burn those biceps and triceps! You are going to love working out along with me because we're in the gorgeous Desa Seni resort in Bali and you'll be so busy having fun that you won't even realize that you've spent 15 minutes blasting calories and toning your upper body. It's going to be amazing, so make sure that you stick with it and be prepared to challenge yourself. If you don't work then the exercises won't work, either!

HIGH & LOW PLANKS
I've put a lot of plank exercises into this workout and that's because planks are one of my favorite moves. I'll be doing these well into old age! Planks are an all-around fabulous workout move because they engage the core and several other muscles in your body. They can be great for toning the arms and there are plenty of variations that we can do to really work the muscles and target certain areas. You'll see for yourself and feel the burn as we do a few different plank variations in this summer workout!

Each of my videos is between 8 and 15 minutes so that you can power through and dedicate yourself to that video. For that short duration it's just you, me and your mat. Get a sweat on! It's okay if you want to yell at me because you'll be happy when it's over!
