Full Body Workout With Weights

INTRODUCING MY NEW HOME WORKOUT SET!

This workout is so exciting for several reasons :-) First of all, you all have been asking a lot for a great full body workout as well as some cardio. So this 15-minute workout can be done at home while blasting the fat and getting your heart rate up with some cardio moves. PLUS, you'll get the first look at the updated workout set, which is in my new apartment! Let me know what you think of the layout and if it's just as good as the travel ones. Don't forget to take into consideration who is back for this workout... it's either our furry friend or tropical locations! you decide!

With summer in full swing here, I'm feeling more energized than ever to really motivate you all! I'm actually looking for people to join my team and help others get fit and healthy, so if this sounds like something you could be serious about, then all you need to do is get started on the Nutrition plan! After you get your killer results and work with our current coaches we will be able to teach you to do the same! We have travel plans already for next year so be quick to join us and lets  bring more motivation and health all around the world! It's going to be a blast and I know that there are plenty of you out there who would be a great asset to my team. :)

Speaking of getting fit and healthy, an active lifestyle is nothing without treating your body well. Think about it - your body is your first and permanent home! Feeding it well and moving it responsibly are essential. You may think that you need to spend hours working out, but you really don't need to! If you have short bursts of exercise that get your heart pumping and the muscles burning, that will be more effective than jogging for hours on the treadmill. Food is also SO important! If you need help with what to do and staying on track I have made the perfect calendar for you. I have poured my heart into the 30 DAY GET FIT plan to make it easy and simple for anyone!
