Today we're going to talk about...mindset! You hold great power in your mind, but you need to be careful not to let your thoughts lead you in a bad direction. So Alphie and I are here to give you a quick pep talk about developing a winning mindset. After all, I often say in my workout videos that you need 100% attitude!
Be sure to check your attitude the moment you wake up in the morning. Are you thinking positive thoughts? Or are you starting the day on a negative note? If you let your perception of reality be influenced by others who are feeling down and out, then guess what? You're not going to get very far! This is why it's important to surround yourself with people who have a good attitude!
another thing to think about is your reactions. Are you proactive or reactive? Are your thoughts and perceptions actually mirroring reality, or a negative mindset? Expecting the worst in people and situations means that you'll always get the worst outcome possible. Flipping the switch in your head means that you can see the brighter side of things and be thankful for your circumstances - good and bad.
