Lots of you have been asking about how you can become more flexible and working towards doing the splits! This video is going to help you improve your flexibility and with consistency you will see your body's ability start to change! I've come a long way since I started doing this exercise, as you'll see from my other yoga workouts!
If you are serious about being able to do the splits, it will take time and you have to keep doing this workout. Each day you will get closer to being able to sit in the splits but you must be careful, take your time and listen to your body.
Each of our bodies are built differently, which means it's hard to say exactly how long it will take you to do the splits. There are so many variables which will make a difference. All you need to do is try your best everyday and in time you will be doing splits up against the wall!
