When I asked all of you whether you preferred upper or lower body workouts, a lot of you responded with lower body. Well, today you have your wish (although I want you to work the upper body as well!) This leg workout really targets the inner thighs to get them looking lean and sleek for summer. I've included a variety of lunges to get those quads working and feeling the burn. I'm sure that you'll be all tingly in no time! Let's do this!
