I get so many questions about how to get slim claves and when ever you workout your legs you are going to be increasing the muscle on your calves. Strong legs are good! Everybody has a different make up which determines the results you get. I Have very muscular calves and any workouts you do when you use your legs are going to increase the muscle size.
This workout will help to get more definition in your calves which will make them look more defined when looking at your full leg. Remember to stretch well after the workout so avoid any later fatigue which can cause cramp!
