Alphie's Tip: How To Get Rid of Flabby Arms

I walk around all day on my arms and legs which means I am always toning them. Well this would be the case if I was actually walking all day long... I spend most of my time snuggled up on the sofa with my favorite white blanket over me asleep. The good news is I can still give you some great tips on How to get rid of flabby arms because of watching mummy!

Start with adding arm exercises into your workouts such as bicep curls, tricep dips and hammer curls. If you do not have weights you can fill up water bottles with water or rice as an alternative. The magic tip when working your arms is to keep everything tight and engaged. This means squeezing your muscles tight and keeping them under tension even if the weight you are holding is not that heavy. As you get more confident with the exercises you can add heavier weights. You want to have the last few reps be really challenging for you. This was you know you are giving it everything  you have got and your muscles are starting to grow!

I may look like I am not that into the workouts because I leave the set but rest assure I have so much fun being Rebecca's sidekick. I swear that they just edit me to look like I am grumpy all the time, they have created me into this old, miserable dog when actually I am very fun and happy. I just like my own space, nothing wrong with that! This is a great video (apart form the fact I am not in it) that will help you burn arm fat!

Exercise is part of getting rid of flabby arms. What you eat also makes a huge impact. Rebecca always says that 80% of how you look and feel is down to the food we eat and 20% is the exercise. However 100% is all down to your mindset! You want to feed your body lots of nutrients in order for your body to grow. Protein is an important source that you need to eat to build lean muscle mass and burn off fat, giving you toned arms!
