A lot of you tell me that you want to get stronger arms. Well, I've been working on my arms too, and I must say that fitness is 80% nutrition and 20% exercise. You need to feed your body the right foods in order to help those muscles grow stronger! Lean protein is my go-to for increasing my muscle tone and making the most of a weight workout. Remember, you want to give your arms a rest for a couple of days after working them hard. This allows the muscles to repair themselves and it also helps to avoid injury.
