1. Eating more calories that include protein, carbohydrates and good fats

2. Increasing the weight you are using or start to use weights

3. Getting enough recovery on the glute muscle

4. Incorporating a mixture of heavy, medium and light workout stays

5. Making sure your form is correct and the glute muscles
