New Moves, Better Burn!

Bikini Abs is going to throw some new exercises into your ab routine! 10 minutes of this and you'll have worked the upper and lower abs! I'm really excited to show this workout to you because I've been getting so many comments and messages about exercises for the abs. Well this one is going to target all over so your waistline is more defined. Remember that it will take dedication, but the good news is that this video is just 10 minutes. That means you can fit it in everyday!

I know that abs are a favorite for many people, and I love working my abs, too! That's why it was really fun to add some new moves to this workout; I felt like a froggy during some parts of it, hopping around the beautiful zen pool at The Explorean Cozumel! It's important to keep switching it up when you work out because you don't want the muscles to get bored. If they are used to the same movements over and over again, you'll notice that your goal becomes harder to achieve! Be sure to give your abs some variety, after all it's the spice of life!
