So many people are looking for that miracle workout or diet pill that will get them a flat stomach. They do hundreds of crunches and the only result is neck pain and exasperation! These moves with have the lower abs trembling, and the weights are going to add that extra resistance to push your abs to their limit. You want your back to be pushed flat onto the ground the entire time. If you can't lower your legs as far, don't worry. You don't want to hurt your back, you want to work your abs!
